Training

Our training delivery program is dynamic, interactive, and unmatched. Training delivery includes role plays, videos depicting actual cases, case studies and victim testimony whenever possible. We partner with your training and policy team to ensure effective implementation of policy and program initiatives. Some of the trainings we offer include:

Policy and Program Development

With a broad and extensive background in auditing and establishing innovative prevention programs and policies for both the private and public sectors, we work with your leadership team to draft clear policy language targeting bullying, harassment, and domestic and workplace violence. We will audit your HR handbook and policy language and help you establish a plan for implementing a violence free workplace that includes training and a formal collaboration with outside experts.

Internal Investigations

Utilizing an expert outside consultant to conduct internal investigations guarantees that the fact finding is conducted in an unbiased, confidential manner. We can conduct prompt, unbiased and thorough investigations into allegations of harassment, workplace violence and bullying policy violations. We work closely with your legal team during the investigation and will deliver a final written report which includes our findings and recommendations.

Remedial Training and Coaching

Remedial training and coaching sessions maintains the dignity and confidentiality of the impacted employee and creates and environment of respect and accountability. Our one-on one remedial training and ongoing coaching educates employees, target behavioral issues and develops benchmarking to track an employees’ progress.

Case Consultations

We provide expert case consultations to effectively address domestic violence, workplace violence, bullying and discriminatory harassment. These cases are often highly complex and sensitive so we’ll work with you to target immediate safety planning, confidentiality, and minimizing potential hazards and liability.
